Dr. Stefan Kessler

Stefan Kessler is senior scientist at the Optronics Department at the Fraunhofer Insitute of Optronics, System Technologies and Image Exploitation IOSB. He received his diploma degree in physics from University of Heidelberg in 2008 and a PhD from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg in 2014 for theoretical studies and simulations of quantum optics experiments. In 2015, he joined Fraunhofer IOSB. He leads the Sensor Simulation group, which is concerned with modeling and imaging simulation of electro-optical systems.
